🎯 What You'll Do

• Process software requests within required service levels
• Maintain software asset records in ServiceNow
• Generate reports on software utilization and compliance
• Support vendor onboarding across systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 2 years experience in SAM or vendor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of SAM principles and practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with VMware, ServiceNow, Microsoft Admin Portal
• Understanding of ITIL and IT service management
• Familiarity with cost management and optimization
