Description

You will lead global quality strategy for integrated hardware and software products at an omnichannel media platform, building automated testing frameworks and driving a shift-left quality culture to ensure reliability at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years in QA/Validation roles with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Director or Head of QA)
• Proven track record testing physical products including streaming media and A/V systems
• Deep understanding of modern automation frameworks (Playwright, PyTest, Selenium, Appium) and languages (Python, C++, or Java)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA vision for hardware reliability, embedded systems, and cloud applications
• Drive shift-left philosophy, integrating quality into earliest design and development stages
• Transition legacy manual processes into scalable automation framework using Playwright, PyTest, Selenium, Appium
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Establish KPIs across bug leakage, MTBF, and test coverage; provide transparent reporting to executive leadership
