🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and lead strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
• Structure and negotiate complex joint ventures and alliances
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes including valuation and diligence
• Develop investment materials for executive leadership and boards

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate development, PE, or investment banking
• Proven track record leading complex M&A or strategic investments
• Strong financial modeling and transaction structuring expertise
• Experience in defense, AI, or autonomy sectors preferred
