Description

In this role, you will support Coupang's Private Label Brands (CPLB) team by handling legal and regulatory issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, and managing compliance policies. You'll collaborate across multiple teams like business, quality, and finance, building a strong foundation for an in-house legal or compliance career.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in legal, contracts, compliance, regulatory, or risk-related work
• Ability to handle tasks proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and documentation skills
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Research legal and regulatory issues for CPLB products and services
• Draft, review, and update contracts and standard agreements
• Develop internal compliance policies, guidelines, and training materials
• Support responses to regulatory agency requests
• Manage case records, external expert collaboration, and legal document organization
