Description

You will architect and build Natera's enterprise agentic AI platform, enabling low-code and pro-code development of AI-powered workflows. This hands-on technical leadership role involves designing core infrastructure, agent orchestration, and deployment pipelines to empower citizen developers and engineers across the organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical leadership experience in architecting and building scalable AI platforms
• Expertise in low-code platform design and applied GenAI engineering
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for pro-code agent development
• Experience with orchestration systems supporting long-running AI workflows
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment at scale

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core architecture of the enterprise AI platform
• Build agent orchestration runtime including task queues and state management
• Develop APIs and services for automation, evaluation, and agent lifecycle management
• Establish DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management for scalable deployment
• Build intuitive low-code visual builder and pro-code developer extension layer
