You'll lead the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. You'll ensure consistent, scalable deployment across concurrent waves while managing geographically distributed teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple concurrent engineering deployment efforts across medical centers.
• Manage technical discovery activities for end user devices and interfaces.
• Mentor engineering deployment team members across implementation waves.
• Coordinate vendor cutover and operational transition activities.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering deployment experience in complex technical or healthcare environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel semi-frequently to medical centers and clinics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with major EHR platforms (e.g., Oracle).
• Knowledge of medical device integration and HL7.
• Prior hospital or clinic assessment experience.
