You will install state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers, assess their needs to upsell additional products, and ensure exceptional service. This role offers performance-based income and career mobility.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and sales skills (upselling and closing)
• Mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends
• Alarm, cable installation, or telecom experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Service residential security systems accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed performance goals consistently
• Perform walkthroughs to determine optimal system configuration and identify upselling opportunities
• Connect in-home systems to central monitoring and perform customer demonstrations
• Maintain administrative duties (billing, payroll paperwork)
