💼 About This Role

You'll own the data strategy behind subscription billing operations and build analyses that improve billing performance. You'll lead and mentor a team of analysts while partnering cross-functionally with Billing, Support, Finance, Product, and Marketing. This role offers remote work and a chance to drive high-impact decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and report on billing metrics and performance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for billing data.
• Design and run A/B tests to evaluate billing initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts.

📋 Requirements

• Deep subscription billing expertise in recurring-revenue business.
• Advanced SQL with complex joins and window functions.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Omni, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience leading a team of analysts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Python and/or modern analytics tooling (dbt, Airflow).
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines for billing data.
• Risk analysis or fraud experience in billing contexts.
