You'll develop and validate manufacturing processes for our active implantable BCI device, working with suppliers and engineering teams. Your work will directly impact patients with significant disabilities by ensuring safe, effective production. This role offers hands-on technical leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to supplier manufacturing.
• Develop process documentation and validation plans.
• Participate in risk management and failure analysis.
• Resolve non-conformances and corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of medical device manufacturing experience.
• Experience with active implantable systems.
• Experience with process validation per FDA/EU requirements.

• Experience with Solidworks and Labview.
• Experience with electro-mechanical device manufacturing.
