Description

You will resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and preserve building beauty and safety through general upkeep and snow removal. You'll provide outstanding customer service and work weekends or evenings with on-call duties for emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for emergency situations including on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently, 10-20 lbs constantly
• Personal reliable transportation
