💼 About This Role

You'll join Nextech as a Talent Acquisition Partner on the People and Culture Team, sourcing and hiring primarily technical talent across the organization. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role offers a fully remote work environment in the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through passive and active sourcing techniques
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and create job descriptions
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and maintain accurate records in ATS

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2 years of technical recruiting experience
• Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships quickly
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
