๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design a structured manager curriculum for all levels.
- Conduct training needs analysis across functions.
- Develop leadership development pathways and programs.
- Manage centralized learning and development budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and best practice.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years leading in a similar L&D role
- Proficiency in learning management system usage
- Experience in training needs analysis aligned to business
- Program design, delivery, impact analysis and evaluation
โจ Nice to Have
- Advanced coaching qualification
- Professional L&D credentials (CPTD, CIPD, etc.)
- Experience coaching senior leaders up to C-suite
