๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design a structured manager curriculum for all levels.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across functions.
  • Develop leadership development pathways and programs.
  • Manage centralized learning and development budget.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and best practice.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years leading in a similar L&D role
  • Proficiency in learning management system usage
  • Experience in training needs analysis aligned to business
  • Program design, delivery, impact analysis and evaluation

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Advanced coaching qualification
  • Professional L&D credentials (CPTD, CIPD, etc.)
  • Experience coaching senior leaders up to C-suite
