💼 About This Role

You'll own the Workday HCM system at a profitable, scaling SaaS company with high autonomy. You'll lead implementation alongside a trusted partner and build the operating model end-to-end. This role offers visible impact and access to Workday Accelerate resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run backlog delivery: intake, prioritization, build/test/deploy for configuration changes.
• Own release readiness: impact analysis and regression testing for bi-annual Workday releases.
• Manage security & access: design RBAC, security groups, domain and BP security policies.
• Enable reporting & integrations: deliver critical reports and coordinate integration testing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday management experience with hands-on configuration in Core HCM.
• Proven ownership of an enhancement backlog and Tier-3 troubleshooting.
• Deep Workday security expertise: RBAC, security groups, domain & BP security policies.
• Experience leading Workday bi-annual release readiness (preview, testing, activation planning).
