💼 About This Role

You'll be a fully contributing member of the QA team, validating functionality and data accuracy across Avetta's SaaS platform. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to ensure features meet quality standards before release, and contribute to improving testing practices in an Agile environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute manual test cases for functional and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
• Validate web-based SaaS features and workflows against specifications
• Execute integration and data validation tests (APIs, CRM, billing)

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of QA experience in SaaS or web-based software
• Experience testing web or SaaS applications
• Experience with API and integration testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Ability to create clear test cases and defect reports

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI agents for test case creation
• Basic SQL or data validation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
