🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center.
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain adequate production capacity and assist with production planning.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
