💼 About This Role

You'll lead virtual instructor-led training sessions for Varicent's Admin Enablement Program, ensuring customers apply platform knowledge in their daily work. Your core impact is translating complex product features into practical, scenario-based learning. You'll also mentor peers and shape training strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions to customers
• Partner with instructional designers to develop vILT curriculum
• Adapt delivery based on audience and real-time feedback
• Represent Education in customer-facing events

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in instructional delivery or customer enablement
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, zuddl)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Varicent or compensation management platform knowledge
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design
• Experience with LMS tools (e.g., Docebo)
