You'll join a product-oriented research lab developing real-time multimodal models and an orchestration platform for thousands of queries per second. You'll take ownership of research from framing questions to shipping results, working on foundation models, agents, and evaluation.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with foundation model training or RL
• Published research at top ML conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, etc.)
• Proven ability to own research from question to shipped result

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in ML/NLP or equivalent practical experience
• Public projects or open-source contributions
