🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop annual budgets and forecasts using healthcare operational drivers.
• Prepare financial management reports disaggregated by clinic, specialty, or payer.
• Assess and improve finance subfunctions like revenue cycle management.
• Build tools such as revenue waterfall and physician compensation models.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years experience in FP&A or advisory role in private equity.
• Healthcare industry experience with service organizations or revenue cycle analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Client relationship building and business development acumen.
