This high-impact role partners closely with senior stakeholders and spans both technical and corporate functions.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting with a tech-first focus across Engineering, Product, and Data.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define strategy, calibrate profiles, and drive efficient processes.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to engage top talent across multiple channels.
  • Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify gaps and influence stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical hiring.
  • Proven ability to source and close technical talent at all levels.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy.
