You'll own end-to-end recruiting with a tech-first focus at a growth-stage healthtech startup. You'll shape hiring strategy, improve processes, and leverage AI tools to attract top talent. This high-impact role partners closely with senior stakeholders and spans both technical and corporate functions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting with a tech-first focus across Engineering, Product, and Data.
- Partner with hiring managers to define strategy, calibrate profiles, and drive efficient processes.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to engage top talent across multiple channels.
- Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify gaps and influence stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical hiring.
- Proven ability to source and close technical talent at all levels.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy.
