- 10+ years experience in sales or distribution leadership in property and casualty insurance
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and independent agency distribution channels
- Proven experience managing complex partner ecosystems or national accounts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and market trends for strategic decisions
