💼 About This Role

You'll design and operate core distributed systems powering Rox's AI-agent runtime. Your work enables real-time context ingestion and low-latency decisioning for continuous AI loops. This role sits at the intersection of distributed data platforms and agent orchestration, similar to building streaming compute systems for a new category of software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build core distributed systems for Rox agents
• Build infrastructure for real-time context ingestion and retrieval
• Develop low-latency agent decisioning at scale
• Improve reliability and fault tolerance across agent infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• Experience building distributed data platforms in production
• Experience with streaming compute systems or real-time analytics infrastructure
• Strong intuition for latency, reliability, and scalability tradeoffs
• Ability to debug complex distributed systems in production
