🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive development of risk monitoring frameworks and dashboards.
• Build quantitative models for market, counterparty, and liquidity risk.
• Lead real-time monitoring of risk exposures across trading and financing.
• Manage crisis response protocols during systemic risk events.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial risk management, market risk, or quantitative risk role.
• Deep expertise in risk monitoring and reporting including real-time dashboards.
• Experience navigating market dislocations or crisis events with decisive actions.
• Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics and digital asset risks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience at a crypto exchange or crypto-native financial institution.
• Experience through a major crypto crisis event (e.g., exchange failure, stablecoin depeg).
