You'll handle non-critical maintenance and support critical systems at xAI's Memphis data center. Your work ensures high reliability for AI infrastructure. You'll collaborate with a flat, hands-on team focused on engineering excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform non-critical maintenance and repairs on building systems
• Assist operators with critical equipment operation under supervision
• Conduct daily inspections and report issues proactively
• Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with ordering

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent certification
• Experience with building management systems (BMS)
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (EPA 608 Technician)
