🎯 What You'll Do

  • Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities
  • Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
  • Train and inform partners on technologies, tools and models
  • Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in travel or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data dashboards
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
