💼 About This Role
You'll grow coverage and quality of Agoda's supply network, managing a portfolio of high-growth partners. Your work will drive revenue and strengthen partner relationships. This role stands out for its data-driven approach within a global travel tech company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities
- Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
- Train and inform partners on technologies, tools and models
- Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems
📋 Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in travel or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data dashboards
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
