💼 About This Role

You'll maintain IT infrastructure and automation systems for a fast-growing ethnic e-grocer's warehouse operations. You'll provide daily support for networks, security systems, and robotic picking/packing systems to ensure smooth operations. This role offers hands-on experience with robotic automation in a dynamic warehouse environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain WAN/LAN networks, WiFi, and security cameras.
• Provide daily IT support for warehouse operations and equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/PC OS and hardware.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and user access privileges.
• Maintain records and performance metrics for robotic systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
• Excellent network skills managing server room network switch/firewall.
• Experienced computer troubleshooting skills (Windows 10, Mac OS, Linux OS).
• Well-known security camera system and badge system.

• Robot Packing and Picking Automation system maintenance experience.

🚩 Heads Up
