💼 About This Role

You'll lead Voice of Customer programs at a fast-growing HR/fintech startup, mining data from tickets to uncover journey gaps and drive product improvements. Your insights will directly impact NPS, churn, and business results through data-driven storytelling.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run SQL queries to extract and cross-reference customer data
  • Map end-to-end customer journeys across channels
  • Identify root causes and prioritize issues via impact vs effort matrix
  • Present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL for complex queries
  • Experience in CX and journey mapping with NPS/CSAT metrics
  • Ability to connect CX data to business KPIs like churn and TPV
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with qualitative data analysis of tickets and verbatims
  • Background in operations, cards, product, CRM, or customer success
