You'll bridge data-driven operational metrics and resource allocation across Braze's Customer Experience department. You'll own headcount capacity planning and drive high-visibility analytics with a focus on workflow automation. This role offers mentorship opportunities and cross-divisional impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and own headcount models and forecasting across CX department.
- Forecast resource needs based on utilization models and growth targets.
- Collaborate with Resource Management to align forecasts with tactical resourcing.
- Lead analytics reporting for CX OKRs, MBRs, QBRs, and Board decks.
- Automate data processes and streamline leadership reporting.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in headcount modeling and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Salesforce Reporting.
- Knowledge of Looker and Snowflake SQL.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tooling.
- Experience with Gainsight.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Gemini, Claude, OpenAI.
