You'll support Aircall's growing customer base by driving value realization through a digital touch approach. You'll analyze customer data, identify upsell opportunities, and create content to scale customer success across a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee customer pool in Zendesk to drive value realization
• Monitor account health, churn, and expansion trends using data
• Engage customers through webinars, office hours, and e-guides
• Collaborate with marketing to create content and recommend automations

📋 Requirements

• First experience in Sales or Customer Success required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work from New York office in hybrid environment
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
