💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute experiments for novel semiconductor fabrication methods at a fast-moving startup rebuilding chip manufacturing from the ground up. You'll own R&D processes and influence tool design with high autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run experiments alongside senior process engineers
• Read academic papers to inform experimental design and iterate quickly
• Operate deposition, etch, lithography, and metrology tools
• Develop, transfer, and optimize process recipes for consistency and yield

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering
• Hands-on experience with wafer fabrication tools (etch, deposition, patterning)
• Recipe development for thin film deposition, dry etch, or lithography
• Strong foundation in theoretical semiconductor knowledge

• Familiarity with data processing in Python
• Mechanical or maintenance experience with fab tools
