💼 About This Role

You'll lead an experiential marketing campaign for Monster Jam toys at Walmart stores nationwide, operating a Class-A CDL Monster Jam Hauler. You'll manage a touring team, engage consumers, and drive sales at parking lot events across the country.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain a CDL-A Monster Jam hauler and competition truck
• Lead daily event operations and manage a two-person touring team
• Engage consumers with brand talking points and product demonstrations
• Coordinate event logistics with retail managers and venue staff

📋 Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with clean driving record
• 5+ years experiential marketing touring and management experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Proficiency in Excel and Word

• Experience operating Monster Jam or motorsports equipment
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting tour assets
