💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial improvement and audit remediation (FIAR) efforts for Space Systems Command within a woman-owned consulting firm. Your core impact is achieving audit readiness and compliance with federal financial statement requirements. This hybrid role in El Segundo, CA requires an interim or active Secret clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and strengthen internal control environment across SSC and PEO assessable units.
• Plan and execute internal control testing including ToD and ToE.
• Identify control deficiencies and develop Corrective Action Plans.
• Support external financial statement audits as audit liaison.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience supporting FIAR deliverables.
• Interim or active Secret clearance.
• Experience with OMB Circular A-123 and audit readiness.
• Knowledge of federal financial management and GAAP.

• Expertise in process automation and RPA.
