Description

You will lead building AI-powered features into Hex's analytics platform, owning scalable agent infrastructure and experimentation tooling that enables rapid delivery of new AI capabilities. This role partners with the Research team on model prompting and integrates with product engineering teams, fundamentally changing how thousands work with data.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency with React and Typescript
• Experience leading and executing on major product initiatives
• High quality bar for design, correctness, and testing
• Strategic thinking aligned with business and product goals

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features into Hex
