Description

You will own Cloudbeds' global communications strategy, defining the company’s narrative on AI, travel booking, and guest experience. You'll lead PR, thought leadership, and executive visibility, working with media and agencies to shape how the hospitality industry thinks about technology.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in communications, PR, or corporate messaging in hospitality, hotel tech, or B2B SaaS
• Strong network of hospitality media, analysts, hoteliers, consultants, and influencers
• Deep familiarity with global hospitality and technology events
• Exceptional messaging instincts and ability to articulate a clear point of view
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own global communications strategy including PR, thought leadership, executive visibility
• Define Cloudbeds' positions on industry topics (AI, travel booking, guest experience) and translate into narratives
• Lead press releases and major announcements with consistent messaging
• Create thought leadership content (by-lines, op-eds, keynote narratives, industry commentary)
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across trade and mainstream media
