You'll lead daily transportation operations as the critical communication hub, coordinating drivers, vehicles, and routes for student transportation. You'll ensure seamless service delivery by orchestrating real-time problem-solving and emergency response. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and monitor daily driver and vehicle assignments for route coverage
• Communicate details and assist drivers with routing and special assignments
• Coordinate vehicle service and repairs with the Maintenance Manager
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate the emergency response network
• Maintain route documentation and records for compliance

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft or G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Experience in high-pressure, time-sensitive operations (transportation, logistics, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
• School busing or transportation experience as driver or dispatcher
• Knowledge of state DOT/DMV safety rules and local area geography
