💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercialization activities for Inspire's OSA therapy in the Pittsburgh North territory. You will drive implant growth, achieve sales quotas, and develop referral programs to expand market reach. This role offers the chance to work with FDA-approved implantable technology transforming sleep disorder treatment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones
• Assess and develop new accounts within territory
• Drive implant growth through account activation
• Facilitate local payer education and development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
• OR 5 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry without degree
• OR 3 years previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with therapy in clinical setting

• Experience assisting in implantation and follow-up of implantable devices
• Experience in market development and building referral programs in medical industry
• Product launch and account experience
