You will lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large-scale strategic accounts (50K+ employees), build relationships with senior executives, and drive adoption of Chime Workplace within Fortune 1000 companies. This role requires 10+ years of B2B sales experience and expertise in earned wage access or fintech solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years selling B2B solutions into large employers (50K+ employees)
  • Experience selling earned wage access or adjacent fintech/HR tech solutions
  • Proven success in complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth enterprise environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large-scale strategic accounts (50K+ employees)
  • Build relationships with senior executives (CHROs, CFOs, Heads of Payroll, Total Rewards)
  • Develop and execute account strategies for multi-year partnerships and revenue growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product
  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and represent Chime at industry events
