You will lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large-scale strategic accounts (50K+ employees), build relationships with senior executives, and drive adoption of Chime Workplace within Fortune 1000 companies. This role requires 10+ years of B2B sales experience and expertise in earned wage access or fintech solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years selling B2B solutions into large employers (50K+ employees)
- Experience selling earned wage access or adjacent fintech/HR tech solutions
- Proven success in complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth enterprise environment
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large-scale strategic accounts (50K+ employees)
- Build relationships with senior executives (CHROs, CFOs, Heads of Payroll, Total Rewards)
- Develop and execute account strategies for multi-year partnerships and revenue growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and represent Chime at industry events
