🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the full creative and product vision for Harvey's web presence.
• Build and maintain a quarterly roadmap reflecting business priorities.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate campaign briefs into web experiences.
• Drive creative direction for major launches, events, and campaigns.
• Establish design workflows, review processes, and tooling standards.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web, digital product, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience owning a marketing site or web product end-to-end: strategy, performance, team, execution.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across typography, layout, responsive behavior, motion, and interaction design.
