You'll partner with engineering leaders to own the end-to-end recruitment journey for technical roles at a fast-growing fintech. Your core impact will be building diverse pipelines and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You'll represent Moniepoint in the tech community, sharing the mission to create financial happiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles from intake to offer.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for diverse pipelines.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market insights.
• Ensure every candidate has a clear and respectful experience.
• Identify ways to improve hiring workflows and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years in technical roles.
• Proven track record in fast-paced tech or high-growth scale-ups.
• Deep experience in full-life-cycle recruitment including offer negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience hiring across multiple geographies (Nigeria, UK, India).
• Background in fintech or banking environments.
• Familiarity with technical assessment platforms and competency-based interviewing.
