You'll monitor the active sales pipeline daily, proactively intervene on at-risk deals by calling prospects and coaching AEs. Your core impact is pushing deals forward and maximizing close rates while catching incorrectly sold plans before they close. This role stands out as a hands-on pipeline rescue position, not a back-office analytics role.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Monitor daily sales pipeline in Pipedrive for aging or stalling deals.
- Call prospects directly and coach AEs on next steps to rescue deals.
- Hold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence and pipeline progression.
- Review each AE's pipeline weekly to identify patterns and stuck deals.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or sales operations experience in services/staffing.
- Willingness to pick up the phone and engage prospects directly.
- Strong coaching instinct to identify missing steps in AE's deals.
- Deep comfort with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services industry.
- Track record of personally rescuing or saving at-risk deals.
- Experience managing SDR/AE teams.
