Your core impact will be conversion optimization through motion and storytelling, shipping two high-impact pages per month. You'll also create a reusable motion library to cut future build time by 50%.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build pixel-perfect landing pages in Framer with micro-interactions and animations.
• Prototype and polish complex motion sequences for brand differentiation.
• Map narrative arcs, user flows, and conversion goals for each page.
• Run rapid A/B experiments in Framer to optimize CTA and animation timing.

📋 Requirements

• Speak Framer fluently—variables, code overrides, CMS, and all.
• Have a strong motion design eye and can prototype in Figma or After Effects.
• Know your way around performance budgets and lazy-loading strategies.
• Treat design like product—hypothesis, test, learn, iterate.
