📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in brand and marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and print design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers in a collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Awareness of emerging design trends and AI-assisted creative workflows.
