💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the single-threaded owner of MongoDB's end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process architecture, designing scalable processes that support evolving business models. You'll drive structural simplification and cross-functional governance to reduce manual effort and enable growth. This role focuses on long-term process architecture rather than day-to-day transaction execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global Quote-to-Cash process architecture across Cloud, EA, and Professional Services.
• Design scalable workflows for deal structure, order flows, billing, and renewals.
• Resolve cross-functional tradeoffs across Finance, IT, Product, and GTM teams.
• Lead process transformation and automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, or Finance Transformation.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows in SaaS/consumption-based business.
• Proven experience designing global operational processes in a high-growth public company.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with ability to influence Product, Engineering, IT, and Finance.
