Description

You'll build and design **specialized custom machinery** for a **leading advanced composites manufacturer**. You'll independently manage multiple R&D projects from concept through fabrication, directly impacting production capabilities. This role offers **ownership in the company** through equity participation.

Requirements

• **10+ years** of hands-on fabrication and machinery building experience
• Expert **welding** skills (MIG, TIG, and/or stick)
• **Hydraulic and pneumatic systems** installation and troubleshooting
• Ability to create **practical designs and working drawings**

Responsibilities

• Build and fabricate custom machinery and equipment from concept to completion
• Perform hands-on welding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly work
• Integrate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems into custom-built machinery
• Test and validate equipment performance, making hands-on adjustments as needed
