💼 About This Role

You'll recruit and train school bus drivers for a student mobility platform used by 4,500+ schools. Your work will ensure safe, reliable transportation for students and families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit applicants and train them to become school bus drivers
• Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel training
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations for drivers
• Administer drug/alcohol testing program
• Respond to accidents and prepare reports

📋 Requirements

• 3 years experience as a school bus driver
• Valid CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements
• State-based trainer certification (BTW through CDE)
• Knowledge of federal and state student transportation regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• First Aid/CPR Certification
• BTW or state certification preferred
