Description

As a Key Holder at Club Monaco, you will support store management in customer service, operations, and team development. You'll help drive sales, maintain visual standards, and step in as floor supervisor when needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Strong English communication (verbal and written)
• Time management and organizational skills
• Goal-oriented with focus on customer service and sales

Responsibilities

• Protect and enhance the customer experience
• Achieve clienteling and data capture goals to drive sales
• Support opening/closing procedures and operational integrity
• Assist with inventory preparations and stock management
• Supervise sales floor in manager's absence
