You'll drive AI and CX transformation for global contact centers at TELUS Digital. You will partner with CX and AI product teams to move clients from concept to working proofs-of-concept. This role bridges management consulting and solutions architecture in a hybrid work setting.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define UX features and AI agent-assist tools for modern deployments
- Design AI-driven CX strategies and advise on pilot programs
- Build business cases for modern AI tools and contact center tech
- Identify and prioritize tech/AI opportunities to drive ROI
📋 Requirements
- 5-10 years in management consulting, digital strategy, or pre-sales solutions engineering
- Proficiency in contact center ecosystems like Zendesk, Amazon Connect, or Twilio
- Understanding of Conversational AI, GenAI agents, and LLM integrations

- Experience in a high-growth tech or AI-forward environment
- Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms
