💼 About This Role

You'll manage seasonal apparel development from design handoff to production, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline goals are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams and factories. You'll oversee the entire development process and partner with merchants and designers to deliver on-brand products. This role is based in Austin, TX and offers a chance to join a rapidly growing western brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage seasonal apparel development from design handoff to line close.
• Partner with merchants and designers to ensure product quality, cost, and timeline.
• Coordinate with technical design teams for fit approval by Line Freeze.
• Create accurate seasonal tech packs in PLM system.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of garment assembly knowledge (cut sew knits, wovens, tailoring, denim, outerwear).
• 2+ years of experience fitting and approving products at Line Freeze.
• Proven experience in apparel costing (CMT) and fabric consumption analysis.
• Experience in garment construction, fit, calendar management, and tech pack creation.
