💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver learning programs across technical, functional, and behavioral domains for a global AI-driven property management technology company. You'll own end-to-end program management, improve learning systems, and drive measurable impact in a fast-paced product/engineering environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own planning, execution, and reporting of learning programs across technical, functional, and leadership domains.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design relevant learning interventions.
  • Evaluate and improve learning content quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Track participation, completion, and learning effectiveness metrics to provide data-driven insights.

📋 Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles.
  • Exposure to technical training or engineering-adjacent learning.
  • Strong experience in program ownership, instructional design, and learning delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and learning operations.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in a product, technology, or engineering-led organization.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, AI-enabled learning platforms, or content libraries.
