💼 About This Role

You'll lead Trustpilot's global GTM technology strategy and own the Salesforce ecosystem that powers commercial, customer, and trust teams. You'll modernize architecture, address technical debt, and build capabilities to drive productivity and business impact. This role reports to the CTO and partners with CRO, CCO, and CTrO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute 1-year and 3-year GTM technology strategy
• Ensure stability, scalability, and security of GTM systems
• Modernize Salesforce architecture and reduce technical debt
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Customer, Trust, Product, and Engineering
• Lead team of Salesforce admins, developers, analysts, and localization managers

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience leading GTM technology in high-growth SaaS environments
• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
• Track record of building and inspiring high-performing technical teams
• Strategic and pragmatic approach to balancing long-term vision with execution

• Experience with localization and automation tools
• Familiarity with emerging GTM SaaS and AI capabilities
• Previous exposure to FTSE-250 or public company environments
