🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own execution of full-funnel growth strategy across awareness, conversion, retention, and referral.
  • Build and scale acquisition channels including paid social, search, partnerships, email, and local activation.
  • Design and run rapid experiments on landing pages, offers, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Develop retention and CRM programs to drive repeat usage and loyalty.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable customer growth in a startup or high-growth consumer business.
