You'll build and lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for 10Beauty's autonomous manicure machines in live retail locations. You'll own the full-funnel growth engine from experimentation to KPI tracking, ensuring scalable expansion to thousands of sites. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define the growth playbook for a well-funded consumer robotics startup.
π― What You'll Do
- Own execution of full-funnel growth strategy across awareness, conversion, retention, and referral.
- Build and scale acquisition channels including paid social, search, partnerships, email, and local activation.
- Design and run rapid experiments on landing pages, offers, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Develop retention and CRM programs to drive repeat usage and loyalty.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of driving measurable customer growth in a startup or high-growth consumer business.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to make decisions quickly.
- Highly hands-on approach with willingness to personally build, test, launch, and iterate.
